Robot Combat

Our annual Robot Combat event is back - and bigger than ever! In addition to robot battles, our 2026 event will include the Southwest Virginia Showcase. This robotics showcase will bring teams from around the region to share their robot and offer hands-on STEM activities. Meet the teams, drive the robots, and learn how to get involved with your local robotics teams.

Spectating is FREE at our NEW location, the Lynchburg Armory, located in the heart of Downtown Lynchburg. Parking is available throughout downtown, click here for a map. 

Robot Combat will feature two weight classes this year: Plastic Ant and Combat Ant. To enter your robot in the competition, register at BuildersDB: https://buildersdb.com/VSRobotCombat2026
