Skin contact: Immediately flush with flowing water until material is removed. If irritation occurs, or persists, obtain medical attention.
 
Eye contact: Immediately flush with gently flowing warm water for at least 15 minutes, or until irritation ceases. If irritation persists, obtain medical attention when flushing is completed.
 
Inhalation: Move to fresh air. Apply oxygen or artificial respiration if required. If breathing difficulties, or distress, continue obtain medical attention.

Ensure power cord is plugged into the outlet on the overhead beam. Depress the "RESET" button on the GFCI power plug. Ensure power indicator light on the front of the control box is glowing green. While powered on, the parts washer will heat up the fluid in the base. Flip "Pump" switch up to turn on the pump and begin pumping parts washing fluid. The pump will run continuously for 5 minutes and then shut off automatically. To restart the pump, flip the pump switch off and then back on again. Use the ball valves to control fluid flow to the flexible hose and brush.
 
After use be sure to switch off the pump and remove parts from the wash basin. Before leaving, either disconnect the power plug or depress the "TEST" button on the GFCI plug to break the circuit. Double check that the power indicator is not illuminated. Removing power to the machine will turn off the heater and limit evaporation of the fluid.
 
'''Note:''' It takes approximately 3 hrs. for all of the parts washer fluid to reach operating temperature of 105°F. The fluid will work most effectively at operating temperature but the parts washer and fluid can still be used while cold.
