Description
This introductory class in software design focuses on the workflow for programming robotics components.The training will introduce Java concepts, allow students to interface with robotic motors and sensors, and will be lead by FRC mentors.
These three days of learning will culminate in a programmed robotic prototype! Students will experience a brief taste of what it is like to work on the robotics team with peers towards a shared goal.
This training is for students interested in joining out FIRST Robotics Competition team - a high quality, high reward program that begins with a handful of practices in the Fall semester and transitions to an intense after school engineering experience in the Spring semester.
