Description
Learn the basics of MIG welding including proper setup, metal preparation, and basic metal fabrication techniques. Class will include practice welding, tack welds, finish welds, grinding, bending, and assembly. Students will make a functional rocket stove to take home. Note that the class will focus on welding techniques, and that students may need to spend additional time welding in order to finish their rocket stove project. This class is appropriate for first time welders.
