Description

Learn the basics of screen printing, and print your own Vector Space shirt. This class will include a presentation as well as hands-on practice. Students will learn about:

artwork considerations
screen exposure
types of inks/application
printing process
clean up

Screen printing can be messy, so clothes that can get stained are recommended for this class. No prior experience is required.

Instructors

Ashley Witherington

Ashley is the owner of Benaiah Prints, a local screen printing shop. He has an intense attention to detail and the mind of a maker. Once operating on a simple manual printer, Benaiah is now in full swing with an industrial sized machine press and are constantly adding new equipment, techniques, and services.
