Description

Learn the basics of woodworking using power tools. Each student will make a pine step stool. Topics covered will include safety, layout of project, miter saw (square, angled, and bevel cuts), 
rip brace on table saw, belt sander, band saw or scroll saw, drill press, assembly, orbital sander, and discussion of finishing options.

Prerequisites: Members must have completed Woodshop Safety Training Part 1 prior to taking this class.
