Description Building on the concepts covered in Introduction to 3D design and printing, this class will focus on more advanced topics within the world of 3D printing, and is designed for individuals who want to print with greater complexity and quantity. Students will gain an understanding of how 3D printing can be utilized to not only solve complex problems, but also how it can be a useful tool in the modern world of manufacturing. The class will consist of both a lecture and a lab setting, and bringing a laptop is recommended, but not required. While the introductory class is not required, it is certainly recommended for a foundational understanding of 3D printing.
