Description

Leather is a remarkable material that is durable and beautiful. It has been used for thousands of years and is still a useful and appealing medium. Come learn how to turn a piece of leather into something beautiful and functional!

This class will give a brief overview on different kinds of leather, including the different ways leather is tanned. We will learn four different skills that will help you with all of your leather projects including measuring, cutting, sewing and edge burnishing. These skills will carry over to most if not all leather working projects. By the time you are finished you will have a beautiful leather card holder to take with you!
